How Ear Irrigation Or Ear Syringing Works
Ear irrigation, which is sometimes called "low pressure irrigation," is a more controlled process than syringing. It is usually done by a trained nurse who can control the water pressure based on how much earwax is in the ear and how sensitive the patient is.
But the process still involves water, which isn't the best solution because the water could stay in the ear and cause an infection. There is also a big chance that the ear drum will get hurt.
