Dr. Nazem Hanif, who works as a GP, is in charge of the clinical side of things. In 2003, he got his degree from the University of Glasgow. After that, he finished Basic Surgical Training and gained a lot of experience in ENT (ear, nose, and throat) before finishing his General Practise training. He takes care of all procedures and consultations himself.
